After 8 years together, playing countless shows and recording several self-financed cds, Pmx have developed into one of Britains top melodic punk rock bands. Having played alongside world renowned bands such as Alexisonfire, Anti-Flag, OPM, Taking Back Sunday and Propagandhi to name a few, the band released their debut album 'Rise and Shine' on 3 independent labels - Bells On Records (Japan, Europe) Milk And Cookies (Canada) and Allstar-Recordings (Uk). The quartet have toured the UK, Canada, and Europe to promote the album and are soon to hit Japan. After recently being selected to play the Taste Of Chaos Tour the band went on to win Ernie Balls International Battle Of The Bands Competition, winning £10,000 of equipment from sponsors. Pmx have received airplay from Radio 1 DJ Mike Davies numerous times and, currently demoing their much anticipated follow up record, they have been included in his 'Tipped for 2007' play list.
