The Dead Sparrows Bio:

Straight from the muddy polluted banks of the Trent River, The Dead Sparrows bring a message of anti-capitalism, corporate greed, political puppetry, Earth First, and that age old question...why? Their new, never heard before style of punk rock fills the gap of rebellion that has been missing in todays "rock" music and begs the listener to stick it to the man, or die trying. Fast hitting, no joking, and straight up kick you in the face music. Each song is uniquely different, and the vocals are clear and understandable, begging the listener to sing and yell along. The Dead Sparrows will make you want to move. Songs such as Koko the Conservative, I Have an Opinion, or No Borders is enough to get you jumping. The Dead Sparrows come packed with amazing pro gear, and also tag along a merch table with their new five song EP, stickers, and two styles of t-shirts. The Dead Sparrows consist of: DanO - Lead vocals and Bass DanO has shared the stage with such acts as Gob, Sum 41, Freedom Denied, and Edwin. Dan's lyrics are no nonsense. There are no hidden messages hidden behind vague poetry. He is pissed off and he's not going to take it anymore. Fry - Vocal and rhythm guitar Fry, also called Mattocaster, or anyone who has seen him live "Crazy Legs" is also not new to the stage. His mic banter brings out his comedic timing, and he can deliver some serious vocal arrangements. Buggie - Lead Guitar Buggie knows how to shred the guitar. His unique leads keep the vibe moving all night, and are so catchy, you'll actually be rocking out on the air guitar. PappaD - Vocals and Drums Pappa D has worked with some of the best bands around. His recording Studio has recorded such acts such as The Wilkinsons, I Hate Sally, Ron Sexsmith, and more. But that's only the beginning. Pappa delivers the beats that make The Dead Sparrows move your feet and get your head bangin'. No nonsense, cut to the bone beats might make you want to put your fist through a corporate CEO's face... So put down your latte's, turn off the TV, unplug from the computer, and get ready to Break The Rules!
