Staten Island pop punk band Backslashes and Bad Ideas are currently streaming their new two-track 7″ Sad Is The New Black. Listen to it below.

The band are about to embark on a tour with D.C. post-hardcore group In Your Memory, which is being called the “How I Met Your Girlfriend Tour.” Check out the full routing below as well.

Sad Is The New Black was released today, June 9th, through Imminence Records, and the band will be releasing their full length album sometime later this year. They last released There’s No Place Like Home EP in 2013 via Harbor Records.
