Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz posted an update on his Twitter earlier today, revealing that the band is now in the process of finishing up their anticipated sixteenth studio album, which they began recording last July. He wrote:

“Back in the studio for just a couple more days finishing up the new @badreligion”

Produced by Joe Barresi and their guitarist Brett Gurewitz, the follow-up to 2010′s The Dissent of Man is tentatively due for release in late 2012/early 2013, and last year, frontman Greg Graffin hinted that it could be their last one.
