Blair Shehan says Knapsack won’t release new music

Despite sporadic shows taking place this month and next month, Knapsack vocalist/guitarist Blair Shehan has stated that the band has no plans to release new material and that their reunion is not permanent. He explains:

“We’re not going full-tilt boogie on it. This is just for fun. It made sense for us at this point of our lives to do it. It’s a couple of weekends, a kick in the pants, a lot of fun.”

Knapsack’s last album, This Conversation Is Ending Starting Right Now, was released in 1998, two years before their breakup.
