Some awesome person has uploaded footage of a full show No Use For A Name played in Germany way back in 1992 – a few months before Don’t Miss The Train was released – onto YouTube! Hop in your time machine and check it out below.
From No Use drummer and founding member Rory Koff:
“I remember this night like it was 20 plus years ago. We played with the Zero Boys that night (Chris Dodge and I loved that band). You could tell it was HOT in the club because we had no shirts on… Actually the club was a German Squat. There was a shower in the main court yard of the club, and when you took a shower everyone could see naked. Also back then they would only serve you warm carbonated mineral water which was NOT refreshing at all! If you did not like the bottled water, then they would give you a big WARM beer! That was back in the day when you could bring all your own musical gear onto the plane – that is my old Sonar drum set and our amps in Germany. Steve Papoutsis ripping it up with Chris Dodge on the stage… so you know it was a long time ago. Actually looked like we played pretty good for 1992! Good times!!!”
