Brett Gurewitz of Bad Religion recently posted an update on his Twitter account with a picture from the studio, which indicates that he is producing or just working with Rancid on their new album, but did not give any details about it. If that’s the case, this will be the fifth time he has produced a Rancid album.
The new Rancid album, which currently has no name or release date, will be the band’s first since Let the Dominoes Fall, which was released in 2009 on Hellcat Records. They recently released Essentials, a vinyl box set containing their entire discography.
