Over the summer, 42-year old Cro-Mags founder and former bassist Harley Flanagan was arrested for a stabbing incident at the CBGB festival in New York City. Now it seems the charges against him have been dropped.

Much The Same bassist Franky Tsoukalas and guitarist Dan O'Gorman, both primary songwriters in their former band, have started a new punk band with Franky taking the lead vocal role as well.
