Chiodos just started writing new material for what will be their first album since the return of frontman Craig Owens, who rejoined the band exactly three years ago today but rejoined last April. Craig tweeted:
“Having a @chiodos writing session w/ @sirbradleybell & Sr. Patrick McManiac”
The new album, which currently has no release date, will be the follow-up to 2010′s Illuminaudio, and their first with Owens on vocals since 2007′s Bone Palace Ballet.

Much The Same bassist Franky Tsoukalas and guitarist Dan O'Gorman, both primary songwriters in their former band, have started a new punk band with Franky taking the lead vocal role as well. They're called Burn Rebuild and you can stream the band's first demo song, "My Therapy Is Failing" right here.
