Chumped stream final song “Not the One”

In late 2015, Brooklyn pop-punk act Chumped announced an indefinite hiatus to take place after their appearance at FEST. In addition to announcing two farewell shows in Brooklyn this coming February, the band have also released a stream of a new song, “Not the One,” which was recorded during the Teenage Retirement sessions but never used.

You can read a statement from the band, and stream the song, below.

Chumped’s debut (and, for now, sole) album, Teenage Retirement, was released in 2014 via Anchorless Records.

“Today we release one last Chumped song. We recorded this song in 2014 when we went into record Teenage Retirement and never really found a home for it. It feels good to finally release it and seems like a cool way to say bye and thanks. We put it up as a donation based download and hope that you enjoy it.”
