Coercion 96 returns after 20 year hiatus (members of Good Riddance, Fury 66 and The Lonely Kings)

Remember Coercion 96? The punk supergroup comprised of members of Good Riddance, Fury 66 and The Lonely Kings? No? Well that’s because they disbanded 20 years ago so don’t beat yourself up. Luckily for us the foursome has reformed and recently hit the studio with legendary producer/engineer Michael Rosen (Rancid, AFI, Testament, Vio-lence) to record a 4-song E.P. tentatively titled “Exit Wounds” (label TBD). Influenced by the metal likings of Black Sabbath, Metallica and Killing Joke as well as punk rock icons TSOL, Agent Orange and Bad Religion, Coercion 96 hopes to release the E.P. in the near future. For the time being check out one of the new songs, “Crime Scene” below.
