I was lucky enough to get to go to the St. Pete, Florida, stop on Face To Face‘s current US/European tour with Teenage Bottlerocket, Blacklist Royals, and Joshua Black Wilkins, to take some pictures on behalf of Dying Scene!
The show was awesome. Each band (or musician, in the case of Mr. Wilkins) put on an awesome, unique, show. The legendary Face To Face played a few songs off their new Rise Records release “Three Chords and a Half Truth,” but a majority of their set was made up of older material and fan-favorites, such as “AOK” and the infamous “Disconnected.”
Teenage Bottlerocket engaged in their normal antics, using guitars as ray-guns and playing catch with drumsticks, while playing a good mix of songs from older records, such as “Warning Device,” and newer efforts like “They Came from the Shadows” and “Freak Out!”
And, though they had less participation from the audience, Blacklist Royals and Joshua Black Wilkins still managed to put on phenomenal performances.
