Fall Out Boy premiere first song from upcoming “punk” album “Pax Am Days”, announce 2014 spring tour

Fall Out Boy are now streaming the first song from their upcoming “punk” album “Pax Am Days.” You can listen to the song, titled “Love, Sex, Death,” here.

“Pax Am Days” was recorded with Ryan Adams and will be available digitally as well as on a limited edition reissue of “Save Rock & Roll” (out October 15th). In addition to the new album, they have announced both a hometown show in Chicago (November 29th benefitting the Grammy Foundation) and a European tour starting in late February. Fall Out Boy originally released “Save Rock & Roll” on April 16 through Island Records.

    Well they do have roots in punk and metal. Pete Wentz did vocals for Arma Angelus. Still you don’t just decide to be “punk” all of a sudden..
