Fat Wreck Chords announces two-day 25th anniversary blowout in San Francisco

Everyone’s favorite genre-defining punk label is throwing itself one hell of a 25th birthday celebration!

That’s right, boys and girls; Fat Wreck Chords will be shutting down the streets of San Francisco for two days this August and playing host to a monster of a festival. Headlining both days will of course be NOFX. They’ll be joined over the course of the weekend by the likes of  Lagwagon, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Strung Out, Propagandhi, Swingin’ Utters, Bracket, ToyGuitar, The Flatliners, and a whole bunch more.

The event takes place Saturday and Sunday, August 22nd and 23rd, with a special pre-party scheduled for Friday night. Head below to watch the official announcement video, starring label co-founder Erin Burkett and the inimitable Joey Cape. While you’re there, check out the daily itinerary. Tickets for each day are $45. You can get tickets to day one here, tickets to day to here, and go here to see how to get tickets to the special Friday night pre-party, which will feature a screening of NOFX’s Backstage Passport 2 and a Q+A with the band!
