UK punk band Gallows recently finished recording their upcoming self-titled album. The new work will hit stores in the US on September 18th, through Bridge Nine Records.
Gallows was recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by Thomas Mitchener and Steve Sears at Broadfields Studio in Watford, UK in May this year. Here’s what the band had to say about the upcoming work,
We made this record self-titled as it musically defines the band known as Gallows as we exist today. This is our statement of intent, our laugh in the face of those who said Gallows were done when in reality, we’re just warming up. We couldn’t feel more vindicated and proud.
Additionally, a special edition of the album will be available in UK and Europe which contains an intimate documentary of Gallows over the past few months. From the recording process to life on the road, and more. View a short teaser for the documentary here, and check out the album track list here.
As if all this news wasn’t enough, the band is also making one track from the album available for free download. Get your copy of “Last June” here.
Gallows will be heading out on a little tour around North America this fall. Check out all the tour dates and locations here.
