Holy shit, Batman! Green Day have announced they will be playing their seminal 1994 album, “Dookie,” in it’s entirety at Reading Festival in the UK this weekend, and after that they will be playing a surprise club show at Le Trianon in Paris, France on August 27th. Tickets for the club show will go on sale at 1pm on Sunday, August 26th, at the FNAC booth at the Rock en Seine Festival.

The band has also announced plans to play a UK tour in 2013, which will kick off with a stadium show Emirates Stadium in North London on June 1. (we’ll keep you posted as more details on this tour surface).

The first album in the band’s upcoming trio of albums, ¡Uno! arrives on September 25th, while ¡Dos! comes out on November 13th and ¡Tré! will be released on January 15th of next year. The band plans to release two documentaries as well. Stay tuned for details and updates as they become available.
