Self-described ‘river punk’ band Top Soil put a punk rock edge on folk, buegrass, rockabilly, and even some ska music. Hailing from Frenchtown, New Jersey, this year saw the release of the band’s second album, entitled “Way Out,” a follow-up to their 2009 self-titled debut.
