It’s official: Eighteen Visions have reformed and are working on a new album!

After reporting last night that Eighteen Visions were teasing a reunion, the legendary post-hardcore/metalcore band has officially reformed and is recording their first album in 11 years with producer Mick Kenney at The Barracks Recording Studio in Huntington Beach.

The only members confirmed to be part of the reunion are apparently frontman James Hart, guitarist/vocalist Keith Barney and drummer Trevor Friedrich. There’s no word on who will replace Mick Morris — who was the bassist for Eighteen Visions from 2001 to their breakup in 2007, and died from pre-existing heart condition in 2013 — but we’ll keep you posted as more details on the reunion come to light.

Eighteen Visions broke up in 2007, after twelve years together, spanning five albums (the last being their 2006 self-titled album).
