Mishief Brew detail upcoming EP “Rhapsody For Knives”

On August 28th folk-punk outfit Mischief Brew will be releasing “Rhapsody For Knives”.  The new 7″ EP contains 3 songs that were considered for the band’s last album, “The Stone Operation,” but recorded afterwards. One of the songs, “On Freedom,” is an old song once performed by The Orphans, but re-learned with Tom from Meisce on fiddle.  The track “Catch Fire” appeared on Dying Scene’s free “Too Punk To Folk” compilation.

The EP will be available for pre-order via Interpunk and the Fistolo Records Webstore (www.fistolo.com). An online version will be available via iTunes and the like, all available on August 28th.  However, you will be able to purchase the 7″ directly from the band on their upcoming Northeast August tour.

Songs:
1. Bang-Up Policework
2. On Freedom (A Carol)
3. Catch Fire
