I’m sure we all know about Green Day, and I know we’ve all heard their album, American Idiot. BUT, did you know that this album was recently made into a stage musical adaptation? And did you know that the band is streaming a new version of the song 21 Guns that was recorded by the cast of the musical? I know, it’s a lot of information to take in, but breathe, and then listen to the latest version of the song here.
The musical premiered at the Berkeley Reperatory Theatre in September, and showcases all the songs from the American Idiot, as well some B-sides and some songs from Green Day’s next album, 21st Century Breakdown.
