Sorry for the short notice on this one, but it’s a cool story rude boys and rude girls. Ron Ragona and Mike Pellegrino of Spring Heeled Jack (or Spring Heeled Jack USA depending on when you caught on to them) fame are reuniting for a one-night-only acoustic gig tomorrow in their home state of Connecticut.
The duo have only played SHJ songs together a couple of times since the band’s 2000 hiatus (which essentially became a break-up when their drummer, Dave Karcich, passed away in 2002).
Making this story even cooler is that the SHJ fellas are playing with Vic Ruggiero of The Slackers and Binary Heart (also known as Mike Costa from Bomb The Music Industry!). Click here for show info.
Spring Heeled Jack’s last album was 1998’s “Songs From Suburbia,” released on Ignition Records.
