Rancid performed at the Hootenanny Festival in Orange County last weekend and you can check out a pretty cool video of them playing “Roots Radical” from it right here.
After the video Brenden, the band’s drummer, mentions Rancid is heading into the studio this fall and plans to “release a lot of music next year.”

Much The Same bassist Franky Tsoukalas and guitarist Dan O'Gorman, both primary songwriters in their former band, have started a new punk band with Franky taking the lead vocal role as well. They're called Burn Rebuild and you can stream the band's first demo song, "My Therapy Is Failing" right here.
