Sparrow Sleeps streams pop-punk children’s album, punk rock scene officially dies

OK, on the one hand I can understand if you’re a parent out there that listening to something like this is a hell of a lot better than “Wheels On The Bus“, but man, I guess this is proof positive that punk rock has finally become safe.

Sparrow Sleeps, a project created by a husband and wife duo, have worked on recreating classic tunes by pop punk and emo bands into sweet lullabies for their newborn’s listening pleasure, and now they’ve just released a full-length album of original tunes called “Sparrow and Friends Start a Band”.

It features guest vocals from the likes of Mike Herrera (MxPx), Nick Diener (The Swellers), Ace Enders (The Early November), Ryan Key (Yellowcard) and a whole lot more, and you can stream the entire thing right here.
