Pure Noise Records has announced the signing of Albany, NY pop punks State Champs. The band will release an EP late summer 2012 and will follow it up with a full length later this year.

Frontman Derek DiScanio says,

“We couldn’t be more excited to announce our signing with Pure Noise Records. We will be releasing a 7″ EP this summer and following it up with a debut full length record later this year. Though it seems like a high pointed accomplishment, this is only the beginning of a long road ahead.
