Strung Out paint songs in order to make listening to music fun again

California punk veterans Strung Out have announced a rather unique idea to promote their upcoming album “Transmission Alpha Delta”.  Singer Jason Cruz will paint two paintings a month which will represent a song off their upcoming full length; with the last painting revealing the band’s cover for their album due out in September. For those of you that don’t know, Jason is a super talented painter.

They released a video that explains the entire concept and you can check it out below.

“Transmission Alpha Delta,” the band’s first album since 2009′s “Agents of the Underground,” is set to be released through Fat Wreck Chords.
