Last week The Gaslight Anthem frontman Brian Fallon announced he is working on some new material but was a bit vague on the details.  A new Gaslight album?  Horrible Crowes?  Solo material?  Today he clarifies things a bit.  Looks like fans can expect a few new Gaslight Anthem tracks to be released on vinyl for Record Store Day (November 23rd).  Don’t take our word for it though.  Here’s what the man himself had to say:

“There is a rumor that we are going to be releasing a few NEW songs as part of a special 10” vinyl for Record Store Day, which occurs on November 23rd, also known as ‘Black Friday’ (the day after Thanksgiving in the US which is the biggest shopping day of the year). Watch this space for more details soon”

The Gaslight Anthem’s Mercury Records debut, “Handwritten,” came out in July.
