The Liabilities’ Vocalist (Punk, UK) Streams World Cup/Suicide Awareness Track “England Get Better”

The vocalist of Bognor Regis-based punk rock band The Liabilities has released a football anthem to raise awareness for suicide and mental health issues. Dan Williams is also hoping to get “England Get Better” to be recognised as England’s official tune for the Russia World Cup 2018.

The band behind the track has been named AELF. There’s a stream of the tune itself as well as a statement from Dan about the song below.

As part of the goal to raise awareness for mental health, AELF are appealing to those local to Bognor Regis, UK, to head down to the local football club to shoot a video for “England Get Better” on June 9. The statement on their Facebook page reads:

“SO THE PLAN, TOO MANY HEROES ARE FALLING DUE TO MENTAL ILLNESS AND WE WANT TO RAISE AWARENESS. WE ARE GOING TO HAVE AN EVENT AT BOGNOR FOOTBALL CLUB NEXT SATURDAY THE 9TH OF JUNE AT 10AM WHERE WE PLAN TO SHOOT THE MUSIC VIDEO FOR THE SONG AND WE WANT YOU ALL TO COME ALONG AND CELEBRATE LIFE AND FAMILY WITH US.”

MORE DETAIL TO COME SOON SO PLEASE LIKE THE BAND PAGE AND THE EVENT PAGE AND NEW INFO WILL BE AVAILABLE SHORTLY.

If you can head down, do it! Otherwise, follow the band’s Facebook page and share this video around. Help Dan realise his dream of having 80,000 people singing his song in Russia this summer!
