There’s something fishy going in the The Offspring camp. Although not officially confirmed, Epitaph Records’ website is listing The Offspring as a “current artist” on their “all artists” page, leading to speculation that the band is back on their former label. Stay tuned for updates from the label or The Offspring themselves.
Epitaph was the label that released The Offspring’s 1994 famous album Smash, which became the label’s first album to be certified gold or platinum and has sold at least 15 million copies worldwide. The label also released their second album Ignition (1992) and a CD reissue of their 1989 self-titled debut album in 1995. In Europe, their fourth album Ixnay on the Hombre (1997) was released on Epitaph, while the U.S. version was released on Columbia.
The Offspring’s latest album Days Go By was released in June on Columbia Records.
Add The Offspring to My Radar

please no. epitaph was just starting to get halfway respectable again.
@DyingScene well, that’s strange.
I’m pretty sure this is a mistake. Why would The Offspring be back on Epitaph anyway?
Better Offspring than I Set My Friends On Fire, who are currently there.
Epitaph’s website is just making a mistake. I wish they were back on that label, but I doubt that’ll ever happen. Dexter Holland has his own label anyway and that’s Nitro. I don’t know if Nitro still exists but The Offspring should use that label instead of Epitaph.
Nitro is warner bros now and past few yrs. It may be a best of or bsides or if they were done with contract/dropped. Might be best of.
back to the hombre huh?
Yeah have you seen the shit bands epitaph have been signing lately? It’s no suprise! TROLOLOLOL
halfway respectable again? this is the same label that has Falling In Reverse right?
