The Offspring’s Noodles talks about split with Columbia, unreleased and future material

Over the weekend, The Offspring guitarist Noodles was interviewed by Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota radio station 93X. In the interview, he talks about the band’s split with their longtime label Columbia Records, the idea of releasing new material independently, the possibility of a tour with Metallica and going camping.

While unsure if new material will be released as an album, Noodles confirmed that frontman Dexter Holland has been revisiting an unreleased song that was made about a decade ago.

You can listen to the interview here.

The Offspring last released Days Go By in June 2012, and recently announced that they are unsigned. The band entered the studio last week to begin work on new material.
