The Slackers stream three songs and b-side from upcoming self-titled album, announce US tour

The Slackers, NYC’s purveyors of Ska, Reggae, Soul, and Rock N Roll, are streaming three new songs, “By the Time I Get to Sleep,” Truth Comes Knocking,” and “Spin I’m In” that will appear on the band’s coming self-titled album. The album will be released on on February 19, 2016 through Special Potato / Rare Breed Records, and will commemorate the 25th anniversary of the bands existence. Additionally the band have released a stream of an album b-side, “The Boss.” You can hear the four new songs below.

The Slackers have also announced a lengthy US tour to support the album. You can find the confirmed dates and locations (as of now) right here.

The Slackers last released a crowd-funded EP titled My Bed Is A Boat in 2013. Their latest full-length album The Great Rocksteady Swindle came out in 2010 on Hellcat Records.
