The Upstart Fest has announced that the East Coast’s hardest working band The Jukebox Romantics will be jumping on board for all six dates of this years tour, and that they will be joined by NJ’s most notorious punx The Scandals, as well as their CT hardcore/punk brothers in arms Cry Havoc.
