Florida ska-punks Victims of Circumstance are streaming a new song called “Twenty One,” which will be appearing on their (currently untitled) upcoming EP. Here’s what the band had to say about the track:
“Twenty One” is a reference to Roberto Clemente, the Pittsburgh Pirate legend who was an incredible ball player and an even greater human being.

The band’s upcoming EP is set to be released sometime this fall on Financial Records. They last released an EP of cover songs entitled “Decades” in 2012.
