Shai Hulud played this past weekend at the Reel and Restless Fest in Miami. Check out this video of a full set of the band’s performance with Chad Gilbert on vocals. It’s the first performance with Gilbert since he announced he’ll be participating in the band’s new album. You can watch the video here.
No word yet on when this follow up to “Misanthropy Pure” will be released, but it will be the group’s sophomore effort for label Metal Blade.

Much The Same bassist Franky Tsoukalas and guitarist Dan O'Gorman, both primary songwriters in their former band, have started a new punk band with Franky taking the lead vocal role as well. They're called Burn Rebuild and you can stream the band's first demo song, "My Therapy Is Failing" right here.
