Modern Life Is War announce European tour, with support from The Cro-Mags and Terror

Iowa punks Modern Life Is War have announced a summer tour of the UK and Europe, which include support from The Cro-Mags and Terror. The tour dates and locations are below.

Modern Life Is War’s latest album Fever Hunting was released in 2013, while Terror last released the EP The Walls Will Fall in April of last year. The Cro-Mags have reportedly been working on new music for their next album, which will be their first since 2000’s Revenge.

Arizona’s Withered Bones have released a new music video for “Rotten Thoughts”, taken from their latest album In Search of Self-Evidence. Check it out here.

Detour streaming new three way split with Emma Park and Savage Daughters

SLC punks Detour are streaming their new three way split EP with Emma Park and Savage Daughters and it’s pretty slick. The track entitled “Unconditional” features some great lyrics and a great full band sound.

Triples Alley (Melodic) streaming new song “90’s”

East Bay melodic punks Triples Alley are streaming their new song “90’s”. The song comes off the band’s upcoming yet to be named EP.

Minneapolis punks Household have just joined the Equal Vision Records family, and are also setting out on tour with vets Senses Fail in 2018.

Hundredth stream 2 B-Side tracks from “RARE”

South Carolina’s Hundredth recently released their full length album Rare on Hopeless Records, and now the band has released two B-side tracks for the album, which you can listen to below.

The B-Sides were released on November 28th, whilst the album Rare itself was released on June 16th this year.

Texas melodic punk band Ravenite are streaming their latest EP, Wiretaps, in full ahead of its official release on January 1st, 2018. The songs are both heavy and fast with an overall classic hardcore sound sprinkled with melody.

Dead Neck (UK) and ActionMen (Italy) Announce Split Record “Defections” and Japan Tour

Two absolute staples of the European skate punk scene are teaming up and heading out to Japan for a short run of tour dates. Avant-garde, Italian four-piece ActionMen will be joined for the stint of five shows by the UK’s Dead Neck. You can check out all the dates, and venue details on the official tour poster below.

In addition, the two bands have announced that they’ll be releasing a split record together. Entitled Defections, the date it’s expected to drop is still unknown for now. However, a source from one of the bands estimates that it’ll be during the first months of 2018. Of course, we’ll bring you further details as they become available.



My Space Invaders (punk) streaming new album “Dogs ‘n’ Pigs”

Italian punks My Space Invaders have taken a page out of the Nofx playbook and recorded a pretty slick one track album. It’s no “Decline”, but it was released on the same day eighteen years later, pretty awesome none the less.

“Dogs ‘n’ Pigs” is the third album from My Space Invaders, the first since the 2014 release of “No Money, No Fun”. If you like Lagwagon or Nofx give these guys a listen.



The Affect Heuristic (Melodic Hardcore, Europe) Release Single “Tightrope”

The Affect Heuristic might be an unfamiliar name as of yet in European punk rock circles but this Belgian/Scottish five-piece are already working hard to change that. They’ve followed up this week’s debut single release with a second track for you lovely folk. We’ve been given an exclusive listen before they throw it up on their Bandcamp page later today. We figured it’d be rude to keep it to ourselves.

French melodic hardcore skatepunks The Fatswines have a name-your-price EP you need

Ever since I started writing for DyingScene.com, I’ve been exposed to a lot of rad European takes on the EpiFat sound. The Fatswines are the newest on my list of European bandcamp purchases.

Their latest EP, “All The Fatswines,” is name-your-price on bandcamp. It’s definitely worth a listen, and if you like it, be a champ and head to their bandcamp page and throw them some Euro funmoney. In the meantime, check out “All The Fatswines” below.
