Sparrows (Post Hardcore) Premiere Part Two Of Documentary “Making of: Let the Silence Stay Where it Was”

Toronto, Ontario’s Sparrows, released their sophomore album,  Let the Silence Stay Where it Was on October 14th through New Damage Records, now available in both physical and digital  format. In tandem with the album release, the boys are also putting together a few short ‘Making of’ documentary style videos, to show fans what went into the making of this ten track masterpiece. Episode Two (of four) is now up and this one focuses more on fellow Canadian emo rocker and producer Kenny Bridges of Moneen fame and the role he’s played in the band’s evolution through the years. Music Video: Counterparts – “Stranger”

Canadian post-hardcore band Counterparts have premiered a music video for their track “Stranger,” taken from the band’s latest album “Tragedy Will Find Us.” You can watch it below.

“Tragedy Will Find Us” was released on July 24th through Pure Noise Records (US) and New Damage Records (CA). It is Counterparts’ first full-length release in two years, serving as a follow-up to 2013′s The Difference Between Hell and Home.

Dillinger Escape Plan streaming new track “Symptom of Terminal Illness” off final album “Dissociation”

New Jersey’s The Dillinger Escape Plan has released a new track off their final album, which you can check out below.

“Symptom of Terminal Illness” will appear on the band’s sixth and final album, “Dissociation”, which will be released on October 14th through the band’s own label, Party Smasher, Inc.

The band will be heading out on a farewell tour to say goodbye and promote the last album – dates and locations can be seen here.

American Fangs (Post Hardcore) Premieres New Music Video – “We Stand Apart”

Houston’s hardest hitting post hardcore act, American Fangs just released an incredible new music video for the track “We Stand Apart”, from their most recent album, Dirty Legs. Petrol Girls release new single “Phallocentric” with video

Feminist, hardcore act Petrol Girls have released a music video for their new single “Phallocentric”. The track is taken from their forthcoming debut album “Talk of Violence”.

The song is a hard-hitting commentary on male dominance, the freedom of sexual expression and the discrediting of  boundaries that society has set for gender roles and what is deemed “acceptable”.

Live Video: Quicksand live at The Wrecking Ball ATL

Post-hardcore legends Quicksand performed live at this year’s The Wrecking Ball ATL festival, which took place from August 12-14 at the Masquerade in Atlanta, Georgia. In case you missed the performance, you now get to watch it in its entirety below.

After two breakups and one reunion, Quicksand reunited again in 2012 and have since been performing live sporadically. The band has reportedly been working on what will be their first record since 1995’s Manic Compression. We’ll keep you posted as more details on it come to light.

Everyone Dies In Utah (post-hardcore) announces tour, details upcoming album, releases music video

Texas post-hardcore band Everyone Dies In Utah have a lot to announce, so let’s get it all out there. First, they have a new music video, “SYNRS,” which you can watch below.

The song is the first single of the recently-announced self-titled album from the band, which is due out October 7th on InVogue Records. You can pre-order that right here.

As if that was not enough, the band also announced they’re heading out on tour with Convictions, Glass Houses, and Conspire. Check out the dates, locations, and tour banner below the video.

Toronto post-hardcore band Sparrows have announced they will be releasing a new album titled Let the Silence Stay Where it Was on October 14th through New Damage Records.

Sparrows last released their Dragging Hell EP in 2015. This will be their first full-length album since 2013’s Cold Ground.

Dillinger Escape Plan Announce North American Tour In Support Of Final Album

New Jersey’s The Dillinger Escape Plan have announced a North American farewell tour in support of their final album. See below for tour dates and supports.

Their 6th and final album, Dissociation, is set to release October 14th through their own label, Party Smasher Inc.

Japanese post-hardcore band SHADOWS have recently premiered a music video for ‘BEK’, the opening track on new EP “Progress.” Check it out below.

“Progress” was released through Maximum-10 Records on the 17th of August. SHADOWS is made up of previous members of FACT and formed earlier this year. “Progress” marks their second EP in their first year under the new name.
