Video: Bigwig plays “Best of Me” at Amnesia Rockfest

Jersey punks BIGWIG played Amnesia Rockfest this past June, and now you can relive one of their big moments.  Check out the video for “Best of Me” below.

“Best of Me” appeared on the band’s 1997 release, Unmerry Melodies, and the crowd definitely seemed to appreciate hearing a classic tune.

Bigwig’s latest album, Reclamation, was released in 2006 through Fearless Records. They’ve been working on a new record, and we’ll keep you posted on the release date when it’s announced.



Mayday Parade announce new album, “Black Lines”, with a teaser video

The Tallahassee based pop punk group Mayday Parade have just announced their latest 12-track album, “Black Lines”, with a thirty second video offering a small chunk of their new track “Keep In Mind, Transmogrification Is A New Technology.” Check out the video below.

“Keep In Mind” will be released on October 9th via Fearless Records, and marks Mayday Parade’s first album release since “Mursday”, which was released back in June, 2014.



Real Friends release music video for “Sixteen”

Chicago pop-punk act Real Friends have released a music video for their tune “Sixteen” and you can check it out below.

The track appears on the band’s debut album, “Maybe This Place Is The Same And We’re Just Changing”, which was released this past July through Fearless Records.



Blessthefall details “To Those Left Behind”

Parisian pop-punks Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! recently announced plans for a new album, which will be released on May 19th and will be titled “Get Lost, Find Yourself”.

Today, the band is streaming a new music video for their song, “The Other Line”, which will appear on the upcoming work. Have a look below.

The group most recently put out “Pardon My French” in June of last year through Fearless Records.

CNCC has also announced that they will be headed out on tour in May with Ohio’s Hit the Lights, Southern California’s Forever Came Calling, and Seattle hardcore act To the Wind. You can check out the dates and locations for that tour here.



As It Is streaming entire upcoming full-length “Never Happy, Ever After”

Brighton, UK pop-punk act As It Is are streaming their brand new upcoming debut full-length album, “Never Happy, Ever After”, in its entirety through Pandora. Additionally, the band has just released a new music video for their song, “Cheap Shots and Setbacks”, which appears on the new album, and you can have a look at that below.

The album is due out next week (April 21st) through Fearless Records, however you can listen to it in all its glory here.

As It Is last released their EP, “This Mind Of Mine”, back in March of 2014.

Real Friends release teaser video for upcoming EP “More Acoustic Songs”

Chicago pop-punk act Real Friends have released a teaser video for their upcoming EP More Acoustic Songs. The minute-and-a-half-long video features a short clip of each track appearing on the EP, including acoustic versions of their own songs, as well as a cover of The Starting Line’s “Island.” You can check it out below.

Here’s what bassist Kyle Fasel had to say about the EP, which is set to be physically released on April 18th, as a Record Store Day exclusive 12″ picture disc limited to 2,000 copies:

“We are stoked to showcase our songs in acoustic form. The main reason we did this was for personal taste. We all have connected with acoustic music in the past and currently. It’s also an added bonus to highlight these versions of our songs to our fans. It shows our songs in another light that we are very excited about sharing.”

Those who aren’t able to pick up a physical copy of More Acoustic Songs will be able to grab the EP when it’s digitally released on April 28th through Fearless Records. A portion of proceeds from the digital release will be donated to Hope For The Day and the Hinsdale Humane Society.

Real Friends announce acoustic EP “More Acoustic Songs”

Chicago pop-punk act Real Friends have just announced that they will be releasing an acoustic EP. Titled simply More Acoustic Songs, the 4-track release will be available digitally on April 28th via Fearless Records.

For those that participate in Record Store Day, on April 18th, 2,000 copies of this album will be floating around.

This announcement follows the band’s recent release of their documentary titled Moving Forward, the 30-minute piece released on February 20th. Real Friends’ latest album Maybe This Place Is The Same And We’re Just Changing was released this past July via Fearless.



Bled Fest 2015 announces full lineup

The mix-genre music festival in Howell, Michigan, Bled Fest has announced the full lineup for this year’s event. Bands playing this year’s Bled Fest include Real Friends, Touché Amoré, Modern Baseball, Modern Life Is WarThe Early November and way way more. Check out the full lineup below.
