Walk the Plank, OC45 announce spring tour (east coat/ midwest)

Washington D.C.’s Walk The Plank are hitting the road this Spring with Boston’s OC45. This small, 5-date tour comes prior to OC45’s appearance at Pouzza Fest in Montreal this May.

The full lineups and dates can be found below, along with two local Washington D.C. shows Walk the Plank will also be playing.

Walk The Plank most recently released Cemetery Vacation in 2017 via Say-10 Records while OC45’s most recent work, via Bird’s Eye Records, also came in 2017 titled Happy Accidents.


Walk The Plank release “I Don’t Believe” video

DC hardcore punks Walk The Plank have released a new music video for their song “I Don’t Believe”. They describe the video as “an homage to classic hardcore with a special shout out to our friends that have supported us since day one”. Check it out below.

This track is taken from the band’s debut album Cemetery Vacation, which was released earlier this year through Say-10 Records.

Walk the Plank stream LP “Cemetary Vacation” and announce east coast show dates

DC Hardcore punks, Walk the Plank are now streaming their debut LP “Cemetary Vacation” available through Say-10 Records. 

The LP will be a follow up to the lastest release of the Great Thieves Escape split with Harker, No Fun, and Such Gold which debuted on May 27th, 2016.

The five piece act also announced a short run of east coast dates which you can scope out, along with the LP below.

US Video Premiere: No Fun – “Cheesecake” from 4-way split with Such Gold, Walk The Plank and Harker

German garage/punk rock act No Fun have premiered a music video for their song ”Cheesecake.” It’s available to watch in the Western Hemisphere for the first time today, exclusively on Dying Scene. Check it out below!

“Cheesecake” appears as No Fun’s contribution to  four-way split entitled Great Thieves Escape (cover rt is above). The split also features Such Gold, Walk The Plank, and Harker. The seven-inch will be released next Friday (May 27th) via Flix Records and No Panic! Records; get your copy here.

No Fun’s last album, How I Spent My Bummer Vacation, was released on September 18th, 2015 via Concrete Jungle Records.

Walk The Plank release new video “Dying on the Vine/Scapegoat”

The D.C. hardcore-punk band Walk The Plank have released a video for their song “Dying on the Vine/Scapegoat” off of their upcoming 7″ split from 30 Kilo Fieber Records & True Trash Records; check it out below! Upstart Fest announces The Obvious, Uzuhi, and Walk The Plank to lineup

The 4th Annual Upstart Fest also known as “The Northeast’s biggest Punk Rock Party” has just announced its first wave of bands. Joining the tour will be New Jersey’s The Obvious, Japan’s Uzuhi and Washington DC’s  Walk The Plank.

Daycare Swindlers and Walk The Plank releasing split 7″

DC punk bands Daycare Swindlers and Walk The Plank will be releasing a split 7″ this year via Say-10 Records and No Less Records records. The split will drop on March 6th.

Walk The Plank released their debut EP “Community” in August 2012. Daycare Swindlers are currently tracking their new LP, for release later this year via Say-10.

Upstart Fest adds Walk the Plank and Hot Blood to its lineup

Northeastern punk festival Upstart Fest has announced three more bands who will be playing this September’s tour.
