Frenzal Rhomb announce Australian tour

Aussie punk-rock legends Frenzal Rhomb have announced a two-month tour of Australia. The tour begins right before the end of the year, and ends in early February. Tickets go on sale this Friday (October 13th), while the tour’s dates are below.

The tour sees Frenzal Rhomb continuing to support their latest album Hi-Vis High Tea, which was released in May through Fat Wreck Chords and is their first in six years.

Frenzal Rhomb announce new album and Australian tour

Aussie punk-rock legends Frenzal Rhomb have announced that they will release their new album Hi-Vis High Tea on May 26th through Fat Wreck Chords. The follow-up to 2011’s Smoko at the Pet Food Factory includes 20 tracks and was recorded once again by Bill Stevenson and Jason Livermore at The Blasting Room in Fort Collins, Colorado. Frenzal Rhomb announce tour supports for autumn Australian shows

Aussie punk-rock legends Frenzal Rhomb have announced which bands will take to the stage with them this September and October. Unfortunately, the band’s tour will only see them playing shows in their home country but if you’re lucky enough to live down-under, or are visiting in early autumn, you can take a look at the dates and newly announced support slots below.

 



Frenzal Rhomb celebrating 25th anniversary with ‘best of’ album & ‘by request’ tour

Coming up on their 25th anniversary, Australian punk veterans Frenzal Rhomb have announced they’ll be celebrating the special occasion with a career-spanning ‘best of’ album titled We Lived Like Kings (We Did Anything We Wanted).

The record’s tracklist (seen below) features 35 fan-favorites like “Never Had So Much Fun,” “Punch in the Face,” and “You Are Not My Friend,” fully remastered by Bill Stevenson. It will be available on CD & digital on August 19th, and as a double LP on September 30th.

In support of the record’s release, Frenzal Rhomb will be touring Australia, but they’re putting a special twist on these shows. Instead of playing the same set every night of the tour, the band will let fans choose the songs they play. All of the dates and locations can be seen below.

NOFX announce openers for upcoming Australian tour (Frenzal Rhomb, Local Resident Failure and more)

A month or so ago, NOFX announced some details for their first Australian tour in four years. Now we know who they’re taking along for the ride.
