The Gonads (Oi!) announce split 7-inch with Uprisers

A new split 7″ featuring UK Punk and Oi! act  The Gonads and New Hampshire’s Uprisers (ex-Bruisers/Radicts/L.E.S. Stitches) is due out on March 1st, 2013 through Skinflint Music and Black Hole Records.

Black Hole Records will have this release on white vinyl and Skinflint Music will have this release on red vinyl. The EP will also come with an mp3 download card.

Join together with The Gonads, Guitar Gangsters, Toughskins, The Authority, Splodgenessabounds, Broken Heroes, Dog Company, Hateful, Mad Pigs, Plan of Attack, Jenny Woo, Blessed Muthas, Dirty Shirleys, The Flyswatters, Explosive Head and The Missile Toads to celebrate the Mirth and Merriment of the Christmas Season with these great Holiday performances!

This LP comes in a full color gatefold jacket, has a red vinyl A-Side and a green vinyl B-Side, and includes a bonus CD version of the album so you can listen to it in your sleigh!

The compilation will be released in early December and will be available on Interpunk as well as through the bands, the label’s Facebook page, and the Black Hole website.

The Gonads releasing greatest hits album

Self-proclaimed ‘Godfathers of Oi!’, UK outfit The Gonads has announced their release of The Gonads Greater Hits Volume I: Plums. The album is expected to be released in February, 2011.

The band’s most recent release, Glorious Bastards, came out in 2010 on Contra Records.
