Compton punkers Pour Habit have begun working on a full-length follow-up to 2011′s “Got Your Back.” According to a recent update on the band’s Facebook the album will be called “Fuck It” and pre-production has officially begun.
“Preproduction for ‘Fuck It’ going awesome! Can’t wait to put this out.”
“Got Your Back” was released April 12th, 2011 via Fat Wreck Chords.

Melbourne’s newest mini-festival announced their line-up yesterday and it’s a doozy! The mini-festival includes Pour Habit, Anchors, Hightime, Totally Unicorn, Jamie Hay, The Ramshackle Army, The Bennies, The Gun Runners, Cavalcade, Clowns and Take Your Own.
It will all take place on the 1st of December at The Evelyn Hotel in Melbourne. Early-bird tickets are flying out the door and you can get them here. Check out the full size artwork here.

Earlier this month we sent friend of DS, Stephen Goodwin along to The Globe Theatre for an evening with Pour Habit and Smoke or Fire. On this Sunday night, the bands put on a great show for the handful of people in the crowd which shows through the sweat-drenched shirts they carried on stage. Pour Habit will be heading out with Authority Zero this month, kicking off their tour on June 14th in Los Angeles. They continue to tour over the summer on the Vans Warped Tour, and will head back to Australia in October with fellow label mates, Smoke or Fire. Check out the routing to both tours here.

It’s official! Label mates Smoke Or Fire and Pour Habit will be teaming up and heading to Australia this October. The tour will cover WA, SA, VIC, NSW and QLD over nine dates. Tickets are on sale on the 14th of June at 9am and be sure to get in early because these small venues are bound to sell out quick. According to a Facebook post by Pour Habit, the band has been added to this year’s Warped Tour. However, it doesn’t look like the Vans website has added the band to any of the dates yet. Check back soon and we’ll let you know what dates the band will be playing on.
