J. Robbins announces acoustic tour

Former Jawbox singer J. Robbins has announced a short and rare run of acoustic dates. During the tour, Robbins will be joined by members of Robbins’ current band Office of Future Plans, and performing songs from his former bands (including Jawbox, Burning Airlines and Channels). The dates and locations are below.

Moral Mazes (Jawbox, Dead Ending, etc.) sign to Bridge Nine for release of debut 7-inch

Moral Mazes, a new punk band featuring J. Robbins (Jawbox, Burning Airlines), Jeff Dean (All Eyes West, Dead Ending), among other notable musicians, have signed to Bridge Nine for the release of their debut 7-inch! Entitled Magic Tommy Jackson, the 2-song EP will be released on September 2nd.

J. Robbins (ex-Jawbox) announces solo acoustic shows

Former Jawbox frontman J. Robbins has announced he will be playing a few solo acoustic shows over the course of the next three months, one of which will be at The Fest in Gainesville, Florida.

Jawbox hasn’t done anything since they reformed for a one-night-only performance of their song “Savory” on the December 8th, 2009 episode of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.



Office Of Future Plans to release self-titled debut album next month, announce tour dates

Office Of Future Plans, a project fronted by former Jawbox, Burning Airlines and Channels frontman J. Robbins, have announced that they will be releasing their eponymous debut full-length on November 21st through Dischord Records. You can click here to see the track listing.
