Set it Off frontman denied access to Canada, rest of band to continue tour

Set it Off singer Cody Carson was recently denied permission to cross the Canadian border, as the band traveled to the country for dates with For All I Am and I the Mighty. The band has decided to go on without him, and will play the eight Canadian shows without their singer.

Carson is bowing out of all dates during the tour, including three taking place stateside in Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin in the middle of the itinerary, according to a statement he made which you can read here.

The band will continue the tour to support their debut album, Cinematics, which was released last September via Equal Vision Records.

Set it Off announce tour with For All I Am and I The Mighty

Brace yourselves, Canada, there’s a tour coming to town!  Pop punkers Set It Off just opened up a new list of tour dates with support from screamo favorites For All I Am and San Fran rockers I The MightyCheck it out!

Although they’re starting with hipster crowds at the ever popular SXSW, the band will wind its way to the great white north starting April 11th.

Their first studio album, “Cinematics,” was released in September on Equal Vision Records.

For All I Am stream three songs from upcoming album

Chicago, Illinois screamo act For All I Am are currently three songs from their upcoming album, Skinwalker. In addition to the previously released single “Living Dead”, the band has released the songs “Oppressor” and “I, Artificial”.

Skinwalker will be the the band’s debut studio album, and will be released January 22nd through Equal Vision Records.

Chicago, Illinois screamo act For All I Am are currently streaming a new song, entitled “Living Dead”.

The track is the first single to appear from the band’s upcoming album, “Skinwalker”, which will be released January 22nd through Equal Vision Records.

Tour: The Plot In You announce “The Dead Kid Tour”

Ohio-based post-hardcore band The Plot In You have announced a short headlining jaunt that they are dubbing The Dead Kid Tour.

The eight-date trek also features the likes of Ohio’s My Ticket Home, Chicago’s For All I Am and Alabama band Erra. Click here to check out dates and locations.

The Plot In You’s last album was last year’s “First Born,” released on Rise Records.

For All I Am premier video for “Overthrown,” annouce April tour dates

Chicago, Illinois screamo act For All I Am have teamed up with the folks at Revolver Magazine to debut their brand new music video. The clip is for the song “Overthrown,” which appears on the band’s latest EP, “Lone Wolf.” You can watch it here.

Chicago, IL-based quintet For All I Am has signed to Equal Vision Records. An official announcement video can be seen here.

The band’s self released debut EP, “Lone Wolf,” is also now available through digital retailers such as iTunes and Amazon.com. Physical copies will be available at all upcoming shows.

For All I Am will be supporting labelmates We Came As Romans on the Take A Picture, It Will Last Longer Tour, along with Falling In Reverse, Sleeping With Sirens, and Attila. All tour dates can be seen here.
