Crown the Empire’s “The Resistance: Deluxe Edition” released today via Rise Records

Texas hardcore act Crown The Empire has just released The Resistance:  Deluxe Edition, which is a re-vamping of their 2014 release, The Resistance.  The new version includes 4 additional new tracks and all-new packaging.

Vocalist Andy Leo had this to say about the new release:

“The new songs on the deluxe edition of The Resistance are about closure. So much has changed over the last few years, and up until this point, I think we’ve been searching for who we were as artists…As we bring The Resistance to an end, we hope these songs excite you for what is to come.”

Crown the Empire will play WestFest 2015

Texas post-hardcore band Crown the Empire will be making their first trip to New Zealand in 2015, to play WestFest in Auckland this March.  The one-day festival will also feature Lagwagon , Soundgarden, Faith No More, All Time Low , and Judas Priest.

California hardcore band The Ghost Inside has aired a new video for “Avalanche” that you can view below.  The video was filmed during the band’s tour with Asking Alexandria and Crown the Empire in Wiesbaden, Germany.

You can also find the song on the band’s upcoming album, Dear Youth, which is set to be released on November 17th via Epitaph.
