Ohio’s metalcore darlings The Devil Wears Prada announced via twitter that they will be heading into the studio April 22nd to begin recording their new album.
The new release will be put out on Roadrunner Records and will be a follow up to 2011′s “Dead Throne”.

Ferret Music recording group The Devil Wears Prada has announced details of their upcoming live CD/DVD: DEAD&ALIVE – which follows the acclaimed band’s 2011 breakthrough, Dead Throne- arrives everywhere on June 26. You can see the track listing here.
DEAD&ALIVE was filmed and recorded last year during The Devil Wears Prada’s Dead Throne Tour : North America tour. The collection includes performances of songs spanning TDWP’s career, including Dead Throne’s “Born To Lose,” “Mammoth,” and “Kansas,” among others, as well as other notable fan favorites including “Danger: Wildman,” “Assistant To The Regional Manager,” and “Outnumbered”. DEAD&ALIVE also features a wide array of behind-the-scenes footage shot and edited by the band’s own Jeremy DePoyster. Highlights include exclusive backstage glimpses of The Devil Wears Prada in action from the studio to the stage, unveiling the day-to-day reality of the on the road.
DEAD&ALIVE will be available for pre-order beginning Tuesday, May 22nd. Outaouais Rock has announced the full line-up for the seventh D-TOX Rockfest.
D-TOX is Quebec’s largest rock music festival. It takes place in Montebello, Quebec June 11-17.
Over 100 bands will be performing, including Bad Religion, Sublime with Rome, Goldfinger, and dozens more.
