Death By Stereo, Fair Do’s & more added to Manchester Punk Festival 2018

The finishing touches have been put on the lineup for Manchester Punk Festival 2018’s lineup, with the final lineup announcement. The late additions include Death By Stereo, Fair Do’s, and Stand Out Riot, among others.

MPF takes place April 19-21 in Manchester, England. Some of the other bands on the lineup include Propagandhi, Iron Chic, Antillectual, and The Copyrights.

Music Video: Death By Stereo – “I Think About Killing You Everyday”

SoCal hardcore punk veterans Death By Stereo have premiered a music video for their brand new song “I Think About Killing You Everyday”, and you can give it a watch below.

“I Think About Killing You Everyday” appears on Death By Stereo’s latest EP, Just Like You’d Leave Us, We’ve Left You for Dead, which was released a week ago, and is the band’s first set of new material since their 2012 album Black Sheep of the American Dream.



Death By Stereo announce new EP “Just Like You’d Leave Us, We’ve Left You For Dead”

SoCal hardcore punk veterans Death By Stereo have announced they will release an EP with new material, entitled Just Like You’d Leave Us, We’ve Left You For Dead, on October 28th via Concrete Jungle Records.

The EP will include six new songs, including the recently-released “Neverending” and “They Feed Us Death”, which features Thomas Barnett from Strike Anywhere. You can view the track listing below, and pre-order a copy of the new EP here.

Death By Stereo recently released the 7″ EP Neverending. Other than a series of EPs or separately-released songs (such as “Neverending” and covers of Dead Kennedys‘ “Too Drunk to Fuck” and Rancid‘s “Rejected“), the band has not issued a full-length studio album since 2012’s Black Sheep of the American Dream.

SoCal hardcore punk veterans Death By Stereo have announced the release of a 7″ EP called Neverending. The EP, which is available for only 1000 copies on black vinyl, features the title track and the cover version of the Dead Kennedys classic “Too Drunk to Fuck”, and you can get it here.

In addition, Death By Stereo just released a music video for “Neverending”, which you can check out below.

Other than these two “new” songs, Death By Stereo have not released a full-length studio album since 2012’s Black Sheep of the American Dream.

Death By Stereo to play entire “Day of the Death” album at two shows

SoCal hardcore punk veterans Death By Stereo have announced that they will celebrate the 15th anniversary of their second album (and Epitaph debut) Day of the Death by playing the classic album in its entirety at two shows: the Marquis Theater in Denver on June 5th, and a month later at the Underground DTSA in Santa Ana on July 9th.

It is not known if Death By Stereo will play the Day of the Death album in its entirety at any more shows, but we’ll keep you posted as more news comes to light.

Death By Stereo announce vinyl reissue of “Day of the Death”

SoCal hardcore punk veterans Death By Stereo have announced a vinyl reissue of their 2001 classic second album Day of the Death, which was their first release on Epitaph Records.

To coincide with Black Friday, the vinyl reissue will be released on November 27th on their former label Indecision Records and will be the first time in years that Day of the Death was available on vinyl. You can pre-order a copy of the reissue here.

Death By Stereo have released a music video for their cover of Rancid‘s “Rejected” which is taken from the upcoming 50+ track Rancid tribute album, Hooligans United. The song features Transplants‘ Skinhead Rob on vocals. Check out the video below.

Hooligans United will be released on April 14th through Smelvis Records, and features 51 (54 on the digital version) Rancid covers from bands such as Death By Stereo, Anti-Flag, and Authority Zero. They are also streaming a cover of the Dead Kennedys classic “Too Drunk to Fuck”, which will serve as a B-side of the “Neverending” single and can be streamed below.

Southern California hardcore punk band Death By Stereo posted a video from the studio where they are working on new music for their anticipated new album, which is tentatively due for release next year. You can watch the video here.
