Hands Like Houses sign to Hopeless Records, release video for “Drift”

Aussie post hardcore punks Hands Like Houses just signed to Hopeless Records out of Los Angeles, CA and to UNFD in Australia and New Zealand.

In celebration of the addition, the five piece dropped the video for their new single “Drift,” which according to vocalist Trenton Woodley, “Drift is about a momentary lapse in momentum, where everything is still long enough to question where you’re going, where you’ve been and how they are somehow supposed to connect in the middle.

Australian post-hardcore band Hands Like Houses have released a brand new music video for their track “Degrees of Separation.” The song comes from the recently released album Dissonants.

Dissonants was released in February through Rise Records and serves as a follow-up to their 2013 album Unimagined.

Hands Like Houses (post-hardcore) release new acoustic video

Post-hardcore act Hands Like Houses have released an acoustic version of their track “New Romantics” from their 2015 album “Dissonants”. The Australian five-piece performed the track in the APTV studio (Alternative Press) yesterday as part of their Acoustic Weekend sessions.

Hands Like Houses announce new album “Dissonants,” announce world tour

Australian post-hardcore group Hands Like Houses have announced that their third album, titled Dissonants, will be released this Fall (specific date has yet to be announced) through Rise Records. They will begin a two-month “Dissonants World Tour” beginning on October 9th to support the album’s release. This will be the band’s first world tour. Check out all of the dates below.

The band will first hit up their native Australia from October 9-18 with Lower Than Atlantis and Far Away Stables. Then they will fly over to the U.S. from October 23-Novemebr 27 with I the Mighty, Lower Than Atlantis, Brigades, and Too Close To Touch. They will finish with a UK tour from November 30-December 11 with I the Mighty. Pre-order service fee free tickets here.

Australian post-hardcore group Hands Like Houses have premiered a video for their new song “I Am” and you can check it out below.

The song will be available on iTunes starting March 17th. The band’s latest EP, Reimagine, was released back in September on Rise Records.



Warped Tour adds more bands to 2015 lineup

More bands have been added to the mostly mediocre lineup for Warped Tour 2015. The latest announcement includes names like The Wonder Years, the recently reunited Matchbook Romance, Icon For Hire, Hands Like Houses, and more.

Memphis May Fire announce US tour w/ The Word Alive, Hands Like Houses & more

Memphis May Fire will be heading out on an extensive tour of the US near the tail end of February. Tour tour will carry on through the end of March with support acts featuring The Word Alive, Hands Like Houses, A Skylit Drive, and Beartooth.
