Mighty Sounds Fest (Czech Rep.) announces Mighty Tour dates

Czech Republic’s premier punk rock festival, Mighty Sounds, have announced the line up and dates for their “Mighty Tour, 2017”. Making up the bill will be UK’s Dead Neck, local group Louty, and German street punks Deep Shining High. The three bands will play twelve shows together, across Europe in the month before the main Mighty Sounds Festival this July.

May Bee Massive (festival, France) announces lineup for 2017

Europe’s newest punk-rock gathering has started to take shape and is looking like an absolute banger already. May Bee Massive is scheduled to take place on 26th – 29th May, 2017, in Fomperron, France. The festival is the brainchild of Rich Parker and will feature a wide variety of European talent across the weekend. You only need to speak to Rich about May Bee Massive and punk-rock in general for a few minutes to understand his vision and commitment to the event. The aim is to showcase the best in up-and-coming European punk-rock in a safe, eco-friendly space, with a clear emphasis on sustainability and community.

When asked about who was welcome to join the May Bee Massive, Rich simply had the following to say:

New Music: Dead Neck (UK melodic hardcore) – “MDK”

Dead Neck are a melodic hardcore band from the United Kingdom. The four-piece have only been around for about nine months, but that’s long enough to write and produce their debut EP.

We’ve got no official news on the album name or release date, but we can tell you that the first single is called “MDK.” As a bonus, you can check it out here. We’ll keep you posted on the rest.
