“Vultures” is the band’s first release with guitar player Allan Davis taking over on vocal duties after the fairly recent departure of their former lead singer. Davis fills the role naturally though and longer term fans will still find the band bringing the same level of vocal intensity and guitar shreddedness they’ve come to know and love.

Dying Scene Records is beyond fired up to announce the signing of Texan hardcore-punk act Some Nerve. On August 12th we will have the distinct pleasure of releasing the band’s debut, self-titled full-length and let me tell you; if you liked RKL’s “Riches To Rags” or think a faster, “more evil” version of Propagandhi/A Wilhelm Scream sounds pretty dope, you’re in for a real treat.
We’ll forgo the flowery description of the band’s sound and let the music do the talking for us. Stream “Held Hostage”, the first song from the album, below, and umm… hold on to your seats, its a wild ride!
