Anberlin have just announced the last round of dates to be added to their final US tour, which will be making its way through the sates this fall. An updated list of dates and locations you’ll be able to catch them at can be found below.

As previously announced, the band will be playing their third full-length album Cities in its entirety when they stop at The Gramercy Theater in New York City on November 17th.

Anberlin, who will be breaking up this year, have announced their final US tour, which will be making its way through the sates this fall. Details on when and where you’ll be able to catch them can be found below.

Those who are going to the third NYC show are in for a treat, as the band will be playing their third full-length album Cities, which debuted at #19 on the Billboard top 200 back in 2007, when they stop at The Gramercy Theater on November 17th.

Anberlin finish recording, mixing & mastering final full-length

According to a recent post on their Twitter page, Florida emo veterans Anberlin have finished working on their seventh and final full-length album. The post simply states “Tracked, mixed, mastered. #anberlin.”

We’ll be sure to keep you posted as more details on the record, which will serve as a follow-up to 2012’s Vital, come to light.

Anberlin announced plans to break up back in January. Prior to doing so, they will play the entire Warped Tour in addition to farewell tours in the US and elsewhere (details can be found below).



Yellowcard hire Anberlin drummer to record on new album

Yellowcard have announced that Anberlin drummer Nate Young will be tracking drums on their new album, which is going to be their first release without longtime drummer Longineu “LP” Parsons III (who left the band two weeks ago) as well as their first on Razor & Tie. The band writes:

“We are happy to let you know that our friend Nate Young of Anberlin will be playing drums on the new record. We’ve known Nate for a long time and can’t wait to work with him creatively.”

The new Yellowcard album will be the follow-up to 2012’s Southern Air. Last summer, they released an acoustic version of their their 2003 hit album Orange Avenue.



Anberlin announce break up, final tour, and final album

Anberlin has released a three minute video announcing that 2014 will see the end of the band. Before calling it quits, however, the band is planning on releasing one final album (through Tooth and Nail) and that they will go on one last world tour. Here’s a brief statement from the band:

In 2014 we’re going to release our final record and tour the world one more time. We don’t want to fade out. We want to end with hugs and celebrate the life that was Anberlin and not be bummed about us ending.

The fine folks at Warped Tour have added Anberlin, Enter Shikari, Cute Is What We Aim For, Issues, and Survive This! to the 2014 lineup.

Anberlin’s Joey Milligan releases side project EP titled “The Sky Is Falling”

Joey Milligan from Anberlin has a side projected called Sins and just released an EP titled The Sky is Falling. He produced, wrote, and recorded the EP himself and you can check it out here.

Anberlin last released an EP in October called Devotion: Vital Special Edition through Universal Republic Records.

Florida emo group Anberlin have released a new three song EP showcasing the diversity of their newly released deluxe album, Devotion: Vital Special Edition. The EP, titled Type Three, features three versions of the titular song: the original studio version which appeared on Vital, a live acoustic version and a special remix version, both of which come off of Devotion.
