Bussieres (Melodic) streaming new album “Sunny Side Up”

Maple syrup loving Montreal based Bussieres are streaming their latest offering Sunny Side Up. Released May 15th via Thousand Island Records, I figure it must be the cold winters and lack of summer that makes our Canadian punk so good.

This is the first new release for Bussieres since 2016’s Orange Glow. If you’re a fan of Propagandhi these guys share the same heavy sound.

Bussieres sign to Thousand Islands Records, releasing new EP next year

Montreal melodic punks Bussieres have signed to Thousand Islands Records with plans to release a new EP in early 2018. They will begin recording the EP next month.

The band’s 4-song debut Orange Glow was released in 2016. Check that out on bandcamp.

Fresh to the scene; Bussieres, a melodic punk band from Montreal, Quebec, have released the title track for the debut EP “Orange Glow” and you can listen to it below.

I really like the sound, and I’m sure there is much more to come from these guys. You can check them out playing shows around Montreal this fall.
